ALANUR met with authorities from the Department of Nutrition and Food of the Ministry of Health of Chile at the end of June 2019 to present the results of the 2018 Survey on Food Supplement Consumption.
With a representative sample of the local urban population, the unprecedented research in Chile confirms the high knowledge and interest of the population in the category. It also represents the Alliance’s work to contribute to a better understanding of how the Latin American population views and uses food supplements.
This groundbreaking survey contributes to providing accurate information about the category in Latin America and is aligned with one of ALANUR’s main objectives: to foster the discussion of supplements with the participation of its main players.
